Find domain name

To know domain name given IP address of the domain, do the following.

1. Assume the ip address of the domain is 203.145.184.33
2. Now run
nslookup 203.145.184.33

Output:
Name: ABTS-TN-Static-033.184.145.203.airtelbroadband.in Address: 203.145.184.33

connect to dns server vista?

No way. DNS server service is not available on vista and XP.
DNS Server service is available on windows server2000, windows 2003 and windows 2008.
