Set RecursionTimeout using dnscmd command
To set recursion timeout a value using dnscmd.exe, do the following
1. Assume the time to be set is 300 seconds, then run
dnscmd.exe /config /RecursionTimeout 300
to verify the timeout set properly, then run
dnscmd.exe /info /RecursionTimeout
