Require Domain Users To Elevate when setting a network location policy

This policy setting determines whether to require domain users to elevate when setting a network's location.
If you enable this policy setting, domain users must elevate when setting a network's location.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, domain users can set a network's location without elevating.

To enable the policy, do the following
1. Open group policy using the command gpedit.msc
2. Browse to the node Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> Network Connections.
3. Click Enabled in "Require Domain Users to elevate when setting a network locations" dialog.
