DNS logging

To enable logging for a domain on a DNS server, run the following on the DC for

dnscmd /Config /LogLevel 0x8000E101



To set the maximum size of log file run this command
dnscmd /Config /LogFileMaxSize



To know the maximum size of log file run this command
dnscmd /Info /LogFileMaxSize. The default should be 500MB.

DNS Log file is normally located at %windir%\system32\dns\dns.log
