Set DefaultRefreshInterval using dnscmd

To set DefaultRefreshInterval on command line, do the following.

Assume the dns server name is "dnsserver".

dnscmd dnsserver /config /DefaultRefreshInterval 7






One can verify the interval is using the command,

dnscmd /dnsserver /info /DefaultRefreshInterval
