1. Assume the dns server on which to enable global query block list is "dnsserver2008"
2. Now run the following command to enable EnableGlobalQueryBlockList.
dnscmd dnsserver2008 /config /EnableGlobalQueryBlockList 1
 |
3. To disable Global Query BlockList, run
dnscmd dnsserver2008 /config /EnableGlobalQueryBlockList 0
4. To view or find status of EnableGlobalQueryBlockList, run
dnscmd dnsserver2008 /info /EnableGlobalQueryBlockList
