If multiple mail exchanger (MX) resource records exists, then myrootdns.com attempts to contact mail servers in the order of preference from lowest value (highest priority) to highest value (lowest priority).
The following shows creating MX exchange record,
1. Open dns manager snap-in using the command dnsmgmt.msc.
2. In console tree, browse to dns zone "myrootdns.com" and right click on it, select "New Mx (Mail Exchange) Record".

3. In the Mail Exchange Resource Record dialog, enter the host name of the mail server mailserver.myrootdns.com, click ok.
