DNS Host A Records appear and disappears in random fashion

This will happen if the DNS zone is configured to send DNS name queries using WINS server.

To disable or to remove WINS server settings in a DNS zone, do the following.

1. Open DNS manager using command mgmt.msc

2. Right click on the zone (myrootdns) to which the WINS to be removed
